Buying Pallets From Uline? Check the Local Price First.
Uline is convenient. It's also one of the most expensive ways to buy a pallet — and the price on the page isn't the price you pay.
What Uline actually charges
Prices from Uline's own catalog (checked Oct 2026):
| Pallet | Uline price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 48x40 heat-treated block pallet (new) | $63 each (5+) · $60 (10+) · $57 (20+) | Plus motor freight on every order |
| 48x40 heat-treated recycled pallet | ~$39.20 each | Sold in 10-packs through resellers |
| Comparable recycled 48x40 elsewhere | ~$29–32 each | Before delivery |
Then freight gets added at checkout, the sizes are whatever the catalog carries, and if the pallet doesn't fit your product, that's your problem.
What a catalog can't do
- Custom sizes. Uline sells fixed sizes. If your product needs a 52x65 or a 96x40, the catalog doesn't have it. We build it.
- Local delivery. Our pallets ride on our truck across Cobb County, Bartow County, Calhoun, and Woodstock — not on a freight carrier with a freight bill attached.
- Recycled options. Need a solid used pallet instead of new? We stock them, at local prices.
- Haul-off. Got a pile of junk pallets building up? We take those too.
